Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CDCP, CCNA are an advantageAbility to understand and assist in diagnosing complex issues related to high‑performance computing environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring tools, remote system management, and infrastructure automation frameworksPrior experience with command‑line interfaces (CLI),
particularly in Linux environmentsMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating proceduresProven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the effective operation of people and systems across multiple data center sitesA mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellenceStrong personal integrity, openness, and skilled honestyAbility to develop innovative, practical solutions to technical challengesExcellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsClear and effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levelsA team player with a strong willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities and work across departments when neededThis role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and maintaining productivity during off‑peak hours. A shift premium may apply.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure adherence to all data center safety protocols and operational best practicesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on servers, storage systems, and networking hardware following standardized proceduresTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑level problems across compute systems, switches, routers, and related devicesAssist with installations, upgrades, migrations, and various infrastructure projectsMaintain accurate and timely documentation for configuration changes, maintenance activities, and issue resolutionLiaise with hardware vendors for maintenance coordination and support contract managementSupport and maintain client‑facing ticketing systems,
