In this Full-Time Temporary role, you will work at Four Winds, supporting a community of 400 students in grades 5 to 9. You'll take charge of daily cleaning tasks that ensure the school remains safe and inviting, making a significant difference in the educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning of classrooms and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors regularly
• Wash walls and lockers and dispose of garbage
• Report maintenance and safety issues proactively
• Adhere to health and safety cleaning protocols
Requirements:
• Experience with cleaning equipment, including polishers
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, when required
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
• WHMIS and First Aid Certification an asset
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license needed
