- Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation .
- Public sector, Ministry and AODA/accessibility experience is must.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions .
- Strong experience creating As-Is and To-Be process models , process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Experience with business rules, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Experience in business process re-engineering, transformation, and modernization .
- Proficiency with Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft Office .
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
