Key Responsibilities:



• Perform and interpret a range of diagnostic testing • Ensure confidentiality in handling patient results • Work with the medical team on implementing plans • Provide expertise to laboratory leadership and staff • Manage laboratory supplies and maintain safety standards

Requirements: • College diploma or university degree in Medical Laboratory Science • At least 5 years of relevant MLT experience • Registration with CMLTO is required • Solid problem-solving and computer skills • Ability to maintain safety and accuracy in testing
