Job Title: Tube Form Machine Operator Position Overview The Tube Form Machine Operator is responsible for safely setting up, calibrate, and operate tube forming machines to convert raw paperboard into precise cylindrical tubes according to strict customer and job specifications in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate excels in a team setting, requires minimal supervision, and brings hands‑on experience with manufacturing machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Operate tube‑manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

Conduct routine quality checks using calipers,



verniers, and metric/imperial measuring tools

Monitor production output to ensure products meet specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and 5S standards

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Accurately complete production reports using basic computer applications

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Italian proficiency is a definite asset

Willing to travel to Italy for 2-3 weeks for training

Solid mechanical aptitude

Tube manufacturing experience considered a strong asset

Folding carton gluing or die‑cutter experience preferred

General manufacturing experience preferred

Machine setup experience preferred

Safety‑oriented mindset with consistent adherence to safety protocols

Team‑focused with the ability to work collaboratively

Able to work with minimal supervision

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email

Proficient in basic measurement tools, including calipers, verniers, and metric/imperial tape measures

This posting is for a new opening job vacancy. The hourly rate for this position is

$33.00.
