Our Machine Operators are responsible for following all processes and procedures to ensure high-quality parts are produced within the allotted time and meet all specifications. You will be working closely with your manager and co-workers in order to understand the requirements of routine maintenance and how to change over and inspect parts. We support cross training and encourage growth in all our co-workers.Load and unload components according to procedure established.Read drawings and execute inspection procedures to ensure part specifications are being met.Interface with machine controller as required to execute tasks.Use of appropriate precision inspection equipment to measure tolerancesAdhere to calibration and quality procedures and processes.Treat and use all equipment (tools, measuring devices, computers, etc) with care.Use of hand tools for finishing activities such as deburring or filing.Ensure quality of part meets customer specifications, and raise concerns when required.Promptly initiate quality processes for non-conforming parts,
