You will work closely with individuals, assisting with daily living tasks like meal preparation, medication management, and personal care. Your role also includes facilitating community outings and implementing therapeutic plans alongside clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Provide transportation and accompany on outings
• Follow medication administration protocols
• Work with clinical staff to enhance care plans
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and insurance required
• Pass a background and drug screening
• Compassionate and dedicated approach to care
• Experience in direct support is advantageous
