Job Description: The broad knowledge of all major topics is critical. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience preferably with a Financial Services Firm, Technology vendor or systems integrator designing, and implementing large scale networks. - Ability to work both independently and as a team member is essential. - Strong presentation skills are imperative to be able explain network design, articulate risk, and facilitate decision making.- Solid security focus and experience with Network Security Concepts and Multi-tier Security architectures. - Able to lead the segregation efforts between production and non-production networks. - In this role, a person will be responsible for understanding the design standards, implementing and maintaining the network infrastructure to ensure a secure and efficient separation between prod and non-prod environments. Expert Level Technical Skills Required:- Ethernet technologies: STP, 802.1x, VPC, Multilayer Switching; Leaf-Spine IP Fabric- IP Routing: RIP, OSPF, BGP, MPBGP, TCP/IP- Multicast routing: PIM, IGMP, MSDP- VxLAN- Platform knowledge on Cisco Switching & Routing Platforms: Nexus 9000 Series Data Centre Switching Platform- Platform Knowledge on Arista Switching platforms- Working knowledge on various Network Operating Systems: Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS, IOS-XRo Arista EOS- Ability to understand the network segmentation between Prod,



non-prod- Develop a comprehensive network implementation plan while meeting the business and technology requirements and security standards.- Administration of network hardware, virtualization, and routing across multiple environments.- Familiarity with JIRA for project and task management, specifically work in Agile-Kanban.- Open to work on Saturdays once a month Skills Desired:- Ability to use Microsoft applications such as Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook- Proficient in UNIX or Linux- Certifications: CCIE or equivalent along with CISSP highly desirable- Experience with scripting / automation using Python / Ansible is a strong plus.
