Dawson Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent, Maintenance Asphalt & Crushing to oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, quality and plant relocation across our asphalt and crushing facilities. Base location Knutsford BC with travel across the province. Reporting to the Manager, Equipment & Assets, you will lead foremen and maintenance teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with safety codes, and continuously improve equipment reliability.
