Responsibilities

- Support daily production line operations to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment in production and work areas
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in accordance with training and company guidelines
- Assemble and package products accurately following established procedures and quality standards
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and report any issues




- Assist with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment as needed
- Follow all workplace safety policies and company procedures at all times

Requirement

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to balance physical tasks with office work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects is required daily
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation is a plus
