Key Responsibilities: • Develop continuous training programs for Independent Operators • Evaluate and provide insights from market observations • Monitor and report on route health and service compliance • Collaborate to address customer complaints and compliance gaps • Support product recall procedures and route management

Requirements: • Preferred post-secondary education with relevant experience • 1-3 years’ experience, ideally in sales or DSD • Proven ability to drive business growth • Robust technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office • Frequent walking and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
