As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a skilled team of maintenance technicians in a unionized workplace. You'll ensure compliance with safety regulations, drive training for skill development, and coordinate maintenance activities. Your leadership will create a productive work culture while supporting both technicians and capital projects to achieve maintenance objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily activities of maintenance personnel • Ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations • Lead continuous improvement initiatives,
including 5S and lean practices • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance programs
Requirements: • High school diploma; certified Millwright or Electrician preferred • 5+ years of lead technician or supervisory experience • Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and programming • Strong familiarity with CMMS systems • Excellent leadership and communication skills
