1109 Austin Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3P4, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 4:00 AMNeighbourly Pharmacyis looking for aFull-Time Post Office Supervisorto join our team atPharmasave AustininCoquitlam, BC.Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.Responsibilities:Oversee daily Post Office operations, ensuring efficiency, accurate transactions, and compliance with company policies and loss prevention proceduresLead, train, and support Post Office staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace and maintaining a professional public imageHandle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly, including maintaining high standards of phone etiquetteManage inventory and cashiering processes; implement systemsto streamline workflow and improve productivityCollaborate with the front store team to boost Post Office visibility and support sales initiativesAssist the Front Store Manager with performance reviews and other related administrative tasksPerform additional duties as needed to support the Front Store Manager and Store Operator/Pharmacy ManagerQualifications:Supervisory experience in retail or sales preferred; Canada Post experience is an assetSkilled in organization, time management, prioritization, and independent decision-makingStrong verbal and written communication with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceFamiliarity with cashiering systems, merchandising, and retail operations is beneficialProven ability to recruit, train, and lead staff effectivelyCapable of managing conflict, solving problems, and multitasking in a rapid-paced environment with minimal supervisionProfessional,



cooperative demeanor with a polished appearance and adherence to company image standardsAble to carry out assigned goals and tasks set by managementMust be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for up to 8 hours per shiftMay be required to lift or move items up to 50 lbs. and occasionally use a ladderFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsMust be willing to complete a Criminal Record Check due to the nature of the roleSchedule :Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays and holidays.Who We Are:Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
