This role, reporting to the General Manager HFA, is key to the delivery of high-quality health and fitness programming. Your primary duties will involve fostering a positive environment for participants, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating effective communication. You will work evenings and weekends as part of your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for members
• Monitor safety and security within the facility
• Uphold cleanliness and safety of equipment and spaces
• Engage in professional development to improve programming
• Communicate effectively with members and staff
Requirements:
• Previous experience beneficial but not required
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Availability for irregular hours is a must
• Current certifications in First Aid and CPR required
