Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service during bookings and retail interactions
• Manage tee time bookings, changes, and cancellations




• Promote products through creative merchandising displays
• Assist in day-to-day event coordination
• Communicate effectively with members, staff, and supervisors
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a retail customer service role
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with computers and Point of Sale systems
• Golf knowledge is an asset
• Reliable transportation is a must
