NuBuild Contracting Inc. is hiring a Field Mechanic specialized in heavy equipment service in Bradford, West Gwillimbury. Engage in hands-on repair and maintenance while ensuring safe operations in this full-time, in-person position.
With at least 5 years of related experience, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues in heavy machinery and hydrovac systems. This role requires a robust mechanical background and the capability to perform truck maintenance while following OH&S; and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide repairs for heavy-duty equipment and hydrovac units
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform necessary evaluations
• Order parts and document maintenance actions
• Conduct truck servicing and repairs
• Support team members with technical advice
Requirements:
• Certification as a Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician preferred
• Valid Ontario DZ Driver's license required
• Significant experience in welding and diagnostics
• Comprehensive knowledge in mechanical systems
• Capacity for independent work and travel as needed
