This internship suits students in their second or third year of a Computer Science or Business Technology Management program. You will handle service desk inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document enhancements in our service management system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for desktop and application queries
• Log and track service desk requests using ServiceNow
• Perform desktop deployment tasks with Microsoft SCCM




• Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge bases
• Resolve issues efficiently while collaborating with team members
Requirements:
• Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Office 365)
• Knowledge of oil and gas applications is an advantage
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and mobile devices
• Robust organizational and customer service skills
