Key Responsibilities: • Oversee month-end processes and working papers • Ensure accurate recording of monthly project revenues • Conduct bank reconciliations and financial reporting • Manage AR processes, including invoicing and collections • Work with leadership to enhance financial controls

Requirements: • Proven full-cycle accounting experience • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and problem solve • Experience in construction accounting preferred • CPA designation is advantageous
