Key Responsibilities:
• Complete ongoing nutritional care for residents at risk
• Revise and chart nutritional care plans in Point Click Care
• Order food supplies and conduct monthly inventory
• Maintain Quality audits per Policies and Procedures
• Assist with scheduling and payroll tasks for the team
Requirements:
• Active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in Fixed Long Term Care Act requirements
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening
