Assembler

The Assembler is primarily responsible for assembly of MixPro products in support of manufacturing efforts.

Onsite | Full-Time | Brampton, Ontario

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Assemble motor mounts, drive assemblies, shafts, impellers, various seals and bearings based on the manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Position, align, and secure mechanical seals, gearboxes, couplings, and impellers with high precision
- Prepare the assembled equipment for shipment as per instructions.
- Grinding for weld preparation of metals, deburring sharp edges, cleanliness of shop, shipping / receiving, building skids, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.




- 1 – 3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with power tools and general manufacturing work.
- Practical knowledge of basic machinery components and assembly
- Knowledge of safe working practices and WHMIS trained
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Forklift operator is a plus

Compensation Hourly Rate: $22 – 28 CAD
