Position Summary

Ravic is seeking an EMS Associate Product Specialist to serve in a functional implementation and support role for our EMS Municipal Management Suite products. This role bridges the gap between municipal operations and software development by working directly with clients, implementation teams, and product management to ensure EMS continues to deliver industry-leading system functionality.

The successful candidate will learn and gain understanding of how municipalities operate and how our EMS products and solutions serve municipalities. This individual will play a key role in customer implementations, support, quality assurance, and contribute to the future of our EMS solutions and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a functional product representative for EMS modules.
- Collaborate with customers and co-workers to complete project and support tasks.
- Prioritize project and support tasks with customers and co-workers.

Project Implementations:

- Participate as a functional representative in EMS implementations.
- Analyze existing municipal processes and recommend best practices.
- Configure EMS modules to meet customer business requirements.




- Assist with data conversion planning and validation.
- Support customer acceptance testing (UAT) and production readiness.
- Deliver user training and create implementation documentation.

Product Quality:

- Perform functional testing of recent features and enhancements.
- Validate software changes prior to release.
- Assist in reproducing and troubleshooting customer issues.
- Work closely with developers to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.

Customer Support:

- Provide functional support to municipal customers.
- Recommend best practices and operational improvements.
- Develop knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Participate in product demonstrations and support sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work directly with municipal staff and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer implementations and training.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of municipal finance and customer service operations.
