As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet and assist guests, provide valet services for ski equipment, and ensure their stay is seamless. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
• Manage ski valet services efficiently and safely
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles for guests
• Share information on local attractions and hotel offerings
• Help guests with luggage and personal requests
Requirements:
• Service-oriented with effective communication skills
• Outgoing and organized with attention to detail
• Clean driver’s abstract and Canadian Drivers Licence
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
