Motorlux Auto Repairs | Pickering/Ajax, ON | Full-Time
Motorlux, a busy used car dealership in the Pickering/Ajax area, is looking for a licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team. We move a high volume of vehicles and need a reliable, detail-oriented mechanic who can keep our inventory road-ready and our customers safe.
Requirements:
- Valid 310S license (Required— applications without it will not be considered)
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing light-duty vehicles
- Strong knowledge of brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, and general mechanical systems
- Ability to perform safety inspections and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
- Own tools preferred
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a quick-paced dealership environment
- Good communication skills for working with sales staff on vehicle readiness
Responsibilities:
- Perform safety certifications, and general repairs on used vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide accurate repair estimates
- Maintain service records and communicate vehicle status to sales team
- Ensure all vehicles meet Ontario safety standards before sale
- Keep shop organized and adhere to safety protocols
