Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing various treatments, offering product recommendations, and enhancing the overall guest experience through outstanding customer service.

Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions.
- Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits during client consultations to encourage upselling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster solid guest relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up communications.




- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is a plus; ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices in a spa or salon setting.
- Familiarity with hair styling techniques is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
