This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Patient Services Associate based in Canada.

This is an entry-level patient services role supporting Patient Support Programs across Canada in a customer-focused healthcare environment. You will help manage patient information, enrollment activities, communications, and program documentation while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality. The position combines administrative responsibilities with direct interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in both French and English.

You will work within established procedures while managing multiple priorities and service-level timelines in a high-volume environment. The role offers the opportunity to build experience in healthcare, patient support, data management, and customer service. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable working independently.

Accountabilities:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate patient and program information in internal systems, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and case updates while ensuring required information is properly documented.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications by phone, email, and fax in both French and English.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information provided by patients and healthcare professionals.
- Respond to routine inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other program stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented manner.

- Track and document program activities, including required safety, privacy, and compliance records.
- Prioritize tasks and manage service-level timelines effectively within a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
- Follow established standard operating procedures,



privacy requirements, compliance guidelines, and program processes.

- Assist with reporting, data validation, documentation, and other administrative activities supporting program operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, consistent, and seamless delivery of patient support services.
- Maintain a secure and confidential remote working environment that meets applicable privacy and compliance expectations.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, healthcare support, or a related field.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal, is required.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM or similar systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency when handling sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in a call centre, healthcare environment, or Patient Support Program is desirable.




- Familiarity with medical terminology and the Canadian healthcare system is an advantage.

- Experience with insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs is a plus.
- Experience supporting patients, healthcare providers, or other customer groups in a service-oriented environment is preferred.

Benefits:

- Base salary range of $36,200–$60,300.
- Potential additional compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, depending on applicable factors and eligibility.
