Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to delivering enhancements for HR systems and other enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex business requirements analysis
- Engage with service units for application enhancements
- Develop solutions and provide post-implementation support
- Document changes and train staff on new processes
- Collaborate on testing and issue resolution Requirements:
- Degree in business or computer science
- 5+ years in business analysis in HR systems
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft and SQL
