Business Systems Analyst (Asset Finance & Securitization)

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: Contract 1+ Year

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support initiatives within the Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) and Financial Services domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of lending and financial product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis for lending, credit, and financial services products.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and technology transformation initiatives.




- Develop and execute test cases and support UAT activities.
- Assess impacts on business processes, systems, data, and users.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to Securitization, Capital Markets, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Brokerage environments.
- Experience with SQL, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
