Become an integral part of HelloFresh as a Hub Operations Supervisor in Calgary. Drive delivery operations, manage staff effectively, and maintain compliance with all safety standards. Reporting to the Hub Manager, this supervisory position enables you to lead a team in achieving vital performance goals while managing day-to-day operations.

You'll coordinate vehicle capacity, conduct training, and promote a culture focused on health & safety compliance. You must foster open communication among all staff to enhance overall engagement and morale. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee team tasks to meet performance metrics
- Conduct quality assurance and safety compliance checks
- Manage scheduling and employee performance reviews
- Facilitate staff training for warehousing and delivery
- Ensure effective communication of maintenance requirements Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership in logistics
- Valid Class 5 license essential
