Are you an experienced CRM Developer looking to make an impact on large-scale marketing campaigns?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a CampaignDeveloper - SFMC/UNICA/SAS. This position offers the prospect to support the development, execution, and optimization of customer marketing initiatives within a major Canadian financial institution. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven campaigns, providing impactful experiences for customers across multiple channels.

Pay rate range (CAD): $57.97/hr - $69.57/hr

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to gather campaign requirements from business stakeholders

Develop and execute campaigns using enterprise platform solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or SAS

Build audience segments and campaign logic with SQL and relational databases

Create complex queries involving large datasets, including advanced joins and performance optimization

Perform campaign testing and self-QA prior to deployment

Collaborate with peer developers and QA teams throughout campaign lifecycle

Troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution and data quality

Support ongoing campaign enhancements and process improvements

Manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic enterprise environment

Desired Skill-Set

3+ years of hands-on campaign development experience

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases

Experience with enterprise campaign management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or SAS





Skilled in developing complex SQL queries, advanced joins, and data segmentation

Experience extracting and manipulating large customer datasets

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Understanding of campaign lifecycle management and deployment processes

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience within banking or financial services sectors

Previous involvement supporting enterprise-scale marketing campaigns

Exposure to large organizations like banks, telecoms, or other structured enterprises

Prior FI experienceis advantageous

Background in data analytics or reporting

Familiarity with multiple campaign management platforms

Strong stakeholder engagement skills
