As a full-time Building Operator, you will be tasked with inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, boilers, and various electrical equipment. Your technical expertise will support the maintenance team's commitment to safety and compliance in all operations. You will also be required to carry out minor repairs and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections of various sites
• Conduct preventive maintenance for HVAC and electrical systems
• Operate and maintain chillers, generators, and other equipment
• Respond to alarms and monitor electrical systems
• Handle minor repairs and ensure energy efficiency
Requirements:
• Experience in facilities maintenance (1-3 years)
• Proficient in HVAC and electrical system operations
• Valid Building Workplace System certificate preferred
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
