Bayshore HealthCare is looking for passionate Personal Support Workers to provide essential support and create meaningful experiences for clients of all ages. This role involves personal care tasks such as bathing, skin care, and assisting with mobility. Candidates must work from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in the designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care according to care plan guidelines • Assist clients with daily living activities and dietary needs • Record and report changes in clients’ health conditions • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols • Maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements: • Diploma in Personal Support Work or equivalent certification • Fluent English with French language skills for Quebec roles • Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel • Clear criminal record check needed • Evidence of negative TB screening
