Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed
- Install siding, drywall, painting and other exterior or interior building materials with precision
- Conduct woodworking tasks including framing, cabinetry, or custom woodwork projects
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling materials like welding equipment or working at heights

Requirements





- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry and related trades
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
- Knowledge of drywall installation, doors, frames, steel studs, ceiling tiles, painting and siding application
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
