Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of catering meals, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Serve food efficiently to guests or clients, maintaining excellent customer service standards.




- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
- Follow recipes and menu specifications accurately while managing time effectively during busy service periods.
- Support inventory management by rotating stock, monitoring expiration dates, and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, and food prep tools.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- A genuine passion for the food industry and delivering excellent culinary experiences.
