Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update client records in MOVES • Provide guidance on interpreting driver records • Schedule and coordinate IRS reviews effectively • Prepare legal documents and correspondence for hearings • Process applications for vehicle seizure and refunds
Requirements: • High School Diploma and three years of related experience • Robust skills in M365, Teams, and Outlook applications • Experience in a contact centre is an asset • Understanding of administrative adjudication functions • Familiarity with privacy and traffic legislation
