We are looking for a trainer that cares about clients, can handle small group classes, and is open to learning. This is a part time position, leading to full-time.
The Training Club is located near hwy 10 and 152nd.
Schedule
This role requires availability Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00am–10:00am and 4:00pm–6:00pm, plus Saturdays 9:00am–12:00pm (approximately 21 hours/week). This is a split-shift schedule with a gap in the middle of each working day — you are not working continuously from morning to evening. Reliable transportation is required for the 6:00am start, as public transit does not run early enough to get you here on time.

About the Role A successful candidate will be running small group classes helping police candidates prepare for training and general population clients. This includes the POPAT/COPAT (past experience is a bonus). It matters that you are a technically minded coach able to grow and are good with people.
Who You Are
Prefer that you have or are working on a degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or a related field.
Certifications like CSCS or NASM-PES are a significant asset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver small-group strength sessions (4-5 clients per session) with active coaching across varying skill levels
- Coach law enforcement candidates through POPAT prep.
- Maintain consistent coaching company standards and communication style across all sessions
- Track client progress and communicate with management on programming needs
- Arrive on time and deliver every scheduled session reliably
