Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of change management experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and organizational change.
- Ability to work across business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Project coordination or PMO experience.
- Banking or financial services experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Conduct change impact assessments.
- Develop change management and readiness plans.




- Create stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Support end-user adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate training and communication activities.
- Partner with business and technology teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor change risks and mitigation strategies.
- Develop executive and stakeholder communications.
- Assist with project governance and coordination activities when required.
- Support multiple concurrent projects across the AML portfolio.
