Oakdale Child and Family Services is currently hiring for a Full Time Child & Youth Worker for our ALL FEMALE PROGRAM located in Barrie, Ontario for afternoon/evening shift + every other weekend.

MUST HAVE CYW OR DSW DIPLOMA

- Must be available to work all shifts including afternoons, evenings ( some day shifts when clients not in school) and every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday 12 hour shifts)
- Communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Ability to engage in professional meetings with agencies and schools
- Medication dispensing training will be provided
- Ability to follow and uphold Oakdale's Policies and Procedures
- Attend medical appointments with primary clients




- Have well developed writing skills and complete routine documentation
- Able to assist with client's personal hygiene requirements, daily living skills support and some lifting as required

--Valid CPR/First Aid Certification is Required
- Valid NVCI/SMG Certification would be an asset- Willing to complete as required.
- Must have “G” Licence, comply with Agency' Insurance Mandates and willing to drive company vehicles
