This full time, permanent role involves overseeing all datacentre operations, including mechanical and electrical systems. You'll implement standard operating procedures and lead daily tasks, ensuring efficient maintenance and capacity planning. On-call availability is required during off-hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily infrastructure operations and maintenance • Ensure continuous availability of datacentre systems • Work with teams to swiftly resolve operational challenges • Develop SOPs for effective datacentre management • Plan maintenance schedules for infrastructure equipment
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in datacentre operations • Relevant Engineering degree preferred • Extensive knowledge of automation and cooling systems • Effective communication and leadership skills • Proficient in Finnish and English
