Join the Walk In Connected Care Clinic as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner in Winnipeg. This in-person role integrates clinical expertise with health promotion to enhance patient care. As part of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, the Nurse Practitioner will work under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team.
This role requires a Master's in Nursing and involves prescribing treatments, conducting diagnostic tests, and mentoring staff members. Your ability to relate to diverse communities, especially in Indigenous health, will enrich service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical assessment and care
- Prescribe and manage pharmacologic treatments autonomously
- Collaborate on complex patient care plans
- Drive initiatives for health promotion and disease prevention
- Facilitate staff education on best practices Requirements:
- Master's of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream necessary
- Valid nursing registration with CRNM
- Effective communication and leadership skills
