At Maria Pecorella's Desjardins Insurance Agency, we are looking for a motivated, people-focused professional to connect with clients, identify potential gaps in their insurance coverage, and schedule review appointments that help protect what matters most.

This is more than a customer service role. It's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, make a real impact, and further develop valuable business, communication, and client relationship skills within a supportive, community-focused team.

What You Will Do

- Connect with existing clients by phone and email

- Build strong client relationships through proactive follow-up

- Identify potential gaps in coverage and schedule review appointments

- Educate clients on insurance and financial service solutions

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

- Assist clients with digital account access and online tools

- Second-language proficiency is an asset

- Must be able to obtain required insurance licensing (if not already licensed)
