Client Service Assistant We are looking to join us in our London Head Office. This role provides clerical support to the entire New Business organization. You will work with the following systems AURA, Compass and Onbase. This is a centralized role that supports (Canada Life) and products (life and living benefits).
What you’ll do
Manage the unmatched evidence queue to ensure evidence is attached to the appropriate application as soon as possible during the underwriting process.
Complete process of sending authorization for requests for Physicians reports
Separate and index paper documents received in On Base (S&I;)
Upload documents received by email through our insurance application mailbox
Manage requests and receipt of shared evidence with other insurance carriers
Manual MIB searches
Sending evidence for MIB requests for information
Contacting other insurance companies to secure shared evidence
Support other members of the New Business department with clerical duties

Strives to exceed service levelsAbility to handle high volumes & multiple demands The base salary for this position is between $36,900 - $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
