Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking and meal service, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with cooking tasks, following established recipes and procedures to deliver delicious dishes efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support the serving team by preparing food for presentation and helping with food plating when needed.
- Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety regulations and health standards.




- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately during service.
- Contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting team members with hospitality duties.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Experience with serving guests, cashiering, or using POS systems like Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
- Ability to handle cleaning duties diligently while maintaining a high level of hygiene.
- Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not required; a friendly attitude and eagerness to provide excellent guest services are essential.
- Demonstrated understanding of food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
