Join Cozey as the Inventory Management Lead, ensuring optimum inventory integrity across all fulfillment centers. This role focuses on setting standards and driving performance. Based in Mont-Royal, you will report to the Vice-President of Operations & Logistics.

This position requires managing inventory procedures, supporting cycle counts, and maintaining SKU-level tracking across the network. Your solid analytical skills will enable you to resolve discrepancies and proactively enhance customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish inventory control policies across fulfillment centers
- Maintain accurate inventory records in every FC location
- Supervise cycle counting and enforce standards
- Guide inventory problem resolutions impacting orders
- Monitor compliance with safety and audit standards Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in inventory control or supply chain
- At least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Strong command over inventory control principles
- Hands-on experience in warehouse management systems
