Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, grooming, dressing, and hygiene to support their independence and dignity
- Provide client care including medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
- Support individuals through engaging activities and companionship
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, schedules, and client progress
- Foster a respectful,



positive relationship with clients by offering emotional support and companionship

Skills

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is an asset
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia enhances your ability to provide tailored support
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and your team
- Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety
