- Concrete Formers
- Concrete Finishers
- Machine Operators
- General Labourers

We have opportunities for experienced workers as well as dependable individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our team. Positions & Responsibilities

Foreman

- Supervise and coordinate crews on construction sites
- Organize daily work and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Read and follow plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Communicate effectively with management, workers, and other trades

Concrete Formers

- Build, install, and dismantle concrete forms
- Set forms accurately according to plans and specifications
- Prepare work areas for concrete placement
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Concrete Finishers

- Place, level, and finish concrete
- Operate concrete finishing tools and equipment
- Ensure concrete surfaces meet project specifications
- Perform concrete repairs and other finishing work as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Machine Operators

- Safely operate construction equipment and machinery
- Perform excavation, grading, loading, and material handling as required
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Operate equipment according to site requirements and safety procedures




- Assist the crew with general construction duties when required

General Labourers

- Assist with preparation and cleanup of construction sites
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Assist tradespeople and operators as directed
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Remove debris and maintain clean and organized work areas
- Perform various manual labour tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous construction experience is an asset
- Experience in concrete forming, concrete finishing, machine operation, or site supervision is an asset
- Foreman candidates should have previous construction leadership experience
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Willingness to learn and take direction
