Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor department staff, Elders,



and knowledge keepers • Execute culturally based programs and services • Support community engagement through cultural events • Monitor program outcomes for continuous improvement • Develop reports and budgets supporting cultural priorities

Requirements: • Minimum five years in cultural programming or community services • Three years in management or leadership experience • Deep understanding of Indigenous languages and cultures • Proven project management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment
