We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Assistant / Customer Care Coordinator. This is a front-line position that helps create a positive first impression for customers visiting or calling the shop. You'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly by answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers, and ensuring vehicles are checked in and out with professionalism and care.

No automotive experience is necessary — we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is a great attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to help people.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet customers at the front desk, check vehicles in and out, and ensure they feel welcomed and informed.
- Book appointments, manage the schedule, and confirm drop-offs and pickups.
- Process payments and invoices at the front counter.




- Communicate customer concerns clearly to the service team.
- Help keep the front office area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Provide general administrative support to the service team as needed.

Skills & Qualities:

- Solid verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfort using computers for scheduling, payment processing, and basic data entry.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about automotive services to better support the team and customers.
- Prior customer service or reception experience is a plus but not required.
