Customer Service - Ecommerce

Responsibilities

- Assisting customers with phone orders.
- Answering product questions.
- Responding to emails and phone calls.
- Taking part in specific tasks that help our Customer Service team run smoothly.
- Prioritize tasks and projects with good time management.

Requirements:
- Multi-tasker and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional execution and follow-through skills.
