Qualifications:

- 2 years scheduling experience
- 3 years of Data entry
- Strong computer skills in a variety of different areas such as: Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organization and ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Accuracy and high attention to detail is required

- Effective time management
- Must be fluent in English, written and spoken

Daily Tasks:

- Schedule field installation and service appointments from Builders and Homeowners received by email, online portals and phone calls
- Maintain information and all updates in scheduling software




- Prepare job files and work orders
- Maintain strong communications between managers and field staff
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for material requirements and package preparation for scheduled HVAC Installations
- Order and monitor service parts required to purchasing department for service technicians
- Provide high level of customer service with customers across multiple divisions
- Update CRM records with information pertaining to the job reported from sales, customers and field staff
- Respond to all installation related customer questions and concerns in a timely manner

The employee will be reporting to the Installation, Service Manager

Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
