About Us

Crowfoot Plates Registry is an established, family-owned Alberta registry agency serving Calgary and area. Alongside our walk-in registry services, we run a busy commercial delivery operation supporting automotive dealerships, fleet operators, and corporate accounts across the city — handling time-sensitive registry documents, plates, and paperwork that keep their businesses moving. We're looking for a reliable, professional Delivery Driver to become the face of that service.

About the Role

This is a driving and customer-service role in one. Throughout the day you'll make scheduled and on-demand delivery runs between our registry office and the dealerships and account clients we serve — picking up documents, dropping off completed registrations and plates, and keeping every run accurate and on time. Between runs, you'll help keep deliveries organized and ready to go out the door.

You'll drive a company vehicle, follow established routes with same-day variations, and deal directly with service managers and office staff at our client locations — so a professional, courteous manner matters as much as safe driving.

What You'll Do

- Complete multiple delivery runs per day between our office, dealerships, and commercial accounts across Calgary
- Pick up and deliver registry documents, licence plates, and related paperwork accurately and on schedule
- Verify items at pickup and drop-off, obtain signatures/confirmations, and keep clean run records
- Handle sensitive documents with care, confidentiality, and full chain-of-custody accountability
- Communicate with the office throughout the day on run status, delays,



and priority requests
- Represent the company professionally at every client location — you are the face of our service
- Keep the company vehicle clean, fuelled, and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with sorting, staging, and preparing outgoing deliveries between runs

What You'll Need

- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (non-GDL) with a clean driver's abstract
- Clean criminal record check (police information check) — required for employment, as this role handles sensitive registry documents
- Comfortable driving in Calgary traffic in all seasons; strong knowledge of the city and area is a real asset
- Punctual, dependable, and organized — our clients build their day around our delivery windows
- Professional appearance and courteous, service-first attitude with client staff
- Attention to detail — documents and plates must go to the right place, every time
- Able to work independently, manage your route, and adapt when priorities shift mid-day
- Basic smartphone skills (calls, texts, photos, simple apps) for run coordination
- Be in and out of a vehicle frequently throughout the day

- Customer service experience

Training Provided No registry experience is needed — we train. Once hired, you'll complete our registry compliance and document-handling training, covering the confidentiality, privacy,



and security standards that apply to registry work in Alberta. Successful completion of this training (and the required background screening) is a condition of ongoing employment.
